Weekly Focus

Weekly focus is a lightweight way for any team member to see what areas or initiatives each person is working on in a given week — without requiring a full task management system.

Current status

This is under construction. We are working out the right lightweight approach.

The leading option is a simple GitHub-based process: each person opens or updates a short issue or comment at the start of the week noting their focus areas. This keeps things visible and searchable without adding overhead.

In the meantime

For current weekly plans, see the plans folder — some team members are already logging weekly focus there.

If you want to know what someone is working on right now, ask in the team channel or check their latest weekly plan file.
