ALL TEAM Calendar — How to use it
The ALL TEAM Google Calendar is the single source of truth for anything the whole team should know about — meetings, events, deadlines, travel.
See the ALL TEAM calendar in your Google Calendar
The ALL TEAM calendar appears in the left column of your Google Calendar under "Other calendars." If it is not there yet, ask an admin to share it with you, or add it directly by searching for:
artearthtech.com_n619nmu4g1edbi13b573v31pmg@group.calendar.google.com
Once added, it will stay visible alongside your personal calendars.
Add an event to the ALL TEAM calendar
Important: events you create in your personal Google Calendar do not appear in the ALL TEAM calendar automatically, even if the whole team is invited.
To make an event appear in ALL TEAM, you have two options:
Option 1 — Create the event directly in ALL TEAM
When creating a new event in Google Calendar, change the calendar from your personal one to ALL TEAM using the calendar selector (the coloured dot next to the event title in the event editor).
Option 2 — Invite the calendar as a guest
If you are creating the event from your personal calendar, add the following address as a guest:
artearthtech.com_n619nmu4g1edbi13b573v31pmg@group.calendar.google.com
The event will then appear in ALL TEAM for everyone.
What belongs in ALL TEAM?
- Team meetings and calls
- Events Life Itself is running or attending
- Deadlines relevant to the whole team
- Travel or absences that affect availability
Personal appointments, reminders, and individual tasks stay in your personal calendar.
