Well, this is my sense of Valérie and related to Riverside Hub. So Valérie, in terms of the online course, in my view she's supposed to do her praxis ecology and tenzo course. She's supposed to write a white paper about you know what she the praxis and in September she's starting to deliver the first online course of the praxis. My preference is that she started writing the white paper before she recorded the tenzo course, but I have flexibility depending on Jarlef's workflow. My sense was that basically and I want her to start training as a facilitator or second Renaissance facilitator to be able to run weekly by weekly course call with thing about the second Renaissance. These are the things and my sense is Spring 2027. If we meeting this guy Chris and if also very feels like you know what the Hub is in a decent place. I had this year break to do my thing I see that the fact that this just during this period she kind of managed those people who booked the place for a month and then made a little bit of money. I put her in touch with if she can be a bit autonomous with a team support with some light support. Then she continues to run. She will then continue running the hub probably I would say continuing with March April May March April May roll and the September October November roll and then we'd still close a hub December until March because that costs a leg and an arm to heat and then may end June July August. We have. External rentals June July yeah okay but for that to happen there's like okay is Valérie up for that? And then we need the kind of little maintenance person to support her with that and I think the rest of like you know the newsletter promoting the course hopefully by maybe within in about nine months that system

Rufus. You're doing the deck. My sense is you'll probably design another course, and the person who's responsible for course design, course production supervision is Jarlath, but eventually what he will need is kind of like the branding done, the website done for him to, like, putting these things that's why it's like this needs to be unblock.
